TEAM DAYS

Listed below are a few examples of the days we have run

Deciding on the number of zones for your event is imperative, to ensure that individuals get the most from their day, experience tells us that teams work best in groups of 5/7 people. We will work with you to ensure that your event is unique to you and your requirements.

Multi Activity Day

Why not try your hand at a range of activities from Honda Pilots, Power Turns to some of the team challenges. Each group would get to spend up to half an hour at each zone. This is a great full or half day experience. On the full day lunch is served on site.

Mountain Bike Treasure Hunt

Mountain Bike Treasure Hunt After being transported to a forest location, each team member will be provided with his or her own mountain bike and safety helmet.

Within teams of approximately 5/6 members, the group will be given their 'team pack', consisting of directions to follow, cryptic clues and fun team tasks.

Team Exercises

The emphasis is on fun. All exercises are mentally stimulating and highlight the importance of planning, communication and organisational skills.

These exercises can be run in the grounds of your Hotel or at one of our sites within the forest.

Sailing Day Beneteau 40.7’s

Our Beneteau 40.7’s hold an MCA passenger license for ten guests, but realistically they are more suitable for eight persons on a Team Building Regatta day. This ensures that everyone has a role to play and everyone is involved in sailing the boat.

Boot Camp

Are you up to it? You will be met at the training camp by our instructors and put through your paces. Your day will begin with roll call and refreshments. Once you have been briefed you will be split into teams and head out on your basic training.

Sail a Volvo 64

This out and out race yacht has little to offer by way of creature comforts but if you want the adrenaline rush of a lifetime then you cannot afford to let this one by! We have it on good authority that you have to take the throttle off at speeds approaching 35 knots, which actually exceeds most motor yachts!

Splash & Dash

The day begins with coffee, then it’s into your wetsuits and out into the water, during the course of the event you will get to try your hand at all of the following: raft building, aqua rides, water skiing and jet skiing.

Ribtec Treasure Hunt

Racing across the sea in a top of the range “Ribtec” will take your breath away. The exhilaration of taking the helm at high speed with the wind in your hair is a unique, adrenaline fuelled experience. The event includes a GPS treasure hunt around the Solent. The teams would have to find the locations that have been set out around the Solent using the GPS systems from Lymington and Southampton on the main land to Cowes and Yarmouth on the Isle of White.

Balloon Crew Competition

Teams are invited to join us to learn how to inflate a hot air balloon.
Under expert guidance, the team have to cold inflate the hot air balloon from start to finish against the clock. Do you have enough Hot Air?
